Hi! I’m Ginger and I am so blessed to get to live the Sweet Life. However, in living the Sweet Life, I was consuming way too much refined sugar, as do most people these days, and my health started to suffer. So I decided that I needed to make a change for the better to help improve my life and the lives of my family.

As I was looking around the internet trying to find a place that would help me in my new search for healthy, no-sugar, naturally sweetened recipes and goodies, I was disappointed at what I found or didn’t find for that matter. So I decided to start writing, just in case there was someone else out there like me, looking for help or a place to start, or just looking for some yummy healthy recipes.
Don’t think that all you are going to get here are recipes. No sir! The Sweet Life is about more than just food. It is about all sorts of various and sundry things.
